Information collected

When you submit a form, the site collects the details you enter, such as your name, email address, requested service, delivery preference, optional town or city, message, business details and phone number if supplied.

The site also uses first-party visitor analytics and Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site. This can include IP address, page visited, referral source, browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language, time zone and campaign parameters such as UTM tags.

The first-party visitor script sends one page view event to this website, unless a browser Do Not Track setting is enabled. It records the current page, page title, referrer, language, time zone, platform or device type, browser details, viewport and screen size and campaign parameters. It does not read form fields, passwords, files, contacts, browser history, cookies or local storage.

After a successful enquiry, Google Analytics receives a lead event containing only a broad service group and the selected delivery mode. The event does not include your name, email address, phone number, business name, town or city, message or other free-text answers.
